Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or custom-sized items.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if:
- The item is defective/damaged on arrival.
- The wrong item was sent.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items, discounted products, or clearance stock are non-refundable.
- Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in case of damaged/incorrect items).
