🛍️ Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or custom-sized items.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • The item is defective/damaged on arrival.
    • The wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, or clearance stock are non-refundable.
  • Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in case of damaged/incorrect items).
