We aim to ensure that all product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, fabric, or stitching may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handcrafting.
All products are subject to availability.

Pakistan: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Online Payments.
International (UK, Saudi Arabia): We accept online payments via secure gateways. COD may not be available in all regions.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. Orders placed with incorrect details may be delayed or cancelled.

Pakistan: Orders are shipped via leading courier companies. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on location.
UK & Saudi Arabia (and other international orders): Delivery time varies by country and courier. Import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or if delivery is delayed due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Our Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all orders.
Customers in Pakistan may request returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
International customers (UK, Saudi Arabia, etc.) must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of wrong/defective items.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services.
We are not liable if customers fail to answer courier calls or refuse delivery.
Once an item is delivered, we are not responsible for misuse, washing issues, or wear & tear.

For orders placed in Pakistan, these Terms shall be governed by Pakistani law.
For orders placed in UK, UK laws shall apply.
